Nile Studio operates an online marketplace that helps buyers discover handmade goods from Egyptian artisans and helps sellers manage studios and listings.

Account details such as email, display name, password credentials (stored hashed), and preferred language.

Seller application and studio information you submit for onboarding and moderation.

Order, address, and commerce records needed to fulfill purchases and maintain financial history.

Technical session data, including authentication tokens and cookies used to keep you signed in securely.

To create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, and provide marketplace features.

To review seller applications and product listings, prevent abuse, and operate support workflows.

To process orders and keep payment, refund, shipment, and settlement statuses separate and auditable when those features are enabled.

We do not sell personal information as a product.

Service providers (for example hosting, email, or a future payment provider) may process data only as needed to run Nile Studio, under contractual controls once those providers are approved.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

Retention, deletion, and data-subject request procedures will follow the approved privacy and data-lifecycle policy. Exact periods are to be confirmed.

You can update profile details while signed in and request password reset by email. Account suspension may limit access when required for trust and safety.
